At Ascencia, we own and develop a portfolio of premier retail destinations, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. To bring these spaces to life and ensure seamless operations, we partner with Enatt, a specialized management company that handles the day-to-day operations of our malls. Enatt takes responsibility for key areas such as property management, asset management, development management, working in close collaboration with Ascencia to create dynamic environments that benefit both tenants and shoppers.
