The main responsibilities will be to lead and support the company’s sustainability and inclusivity efforts, ensure compliance with environmental standards, and integrate sustainability into business practices. You will drive awareness, track progress, and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement across projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Sustainability and Inclusivity strategies of the Company.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, both internally and externally.
- Work closely with relevant functions to implement applicable project KPI's and tracking mechanisms.
- Arrange regular workshops/sessions to enhance sustainability awareness and capability of relevant colleagues.
- Develop and maintain systematic database to capture needed sustainability and project indicators for reporting purpose.
- Keep updated on applicable environmental laws, regulations and standards to ensure company’s and its suppliers’ compliances and continual improvement against those laws, regulations and standards.
- Follow up of Sustainability & Inclusiveness Projects
- Advise on integration of double materiality into the traditional accounting and reporting of the companies, incl. contribution to annual reports and sustainability reports.
Job Qualitifications
- A degree, preferably in finance, engineering, sustainability
- Knowledge and interest in sustainability related areas or topics
- Extensive experience working and leading in a team-based environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong project management and personal management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary
